Kerri Sue Stange, MPT

  • Physical Therapist / Director of Rehab Services

  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA.

  • Certifications/Training: CPR, ACLS, Neurodevelopmental (Stroke) Training, Amputee/Prosthetics, McKenzie (Back) Training, Graston Technique.

  • Special Interests: Geriatric, Neurological, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Amputee and Prosthetics, Cardiac Rehab, Joint Replacements.

  • Experience: Subacute and acute rehab working with neurological disease/injuries, amputees and prosthetics, and a variety of orthopedic disorders. Outpatient, inpatient, home health, and nursing home.

  • Personal Passions: Spending time with husband and three boys, cooking, traveling, Chicago Cubs, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

Staci Graber, MSPT

  • Physical Therapist / Rehab Supervisor

  • Education: BA and Master of Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA.

  • Certifications/Training: ImPact/Concussion Management, Geriatric, Sports, CPR, Graston Technique, Balance Deficits.

  • Special Interests: Geriatrics, stroke recovery and concussion management.

  • Experience: Working as a PT since 2000 in geriatrics, wound care, and balance disturbances.

  • Personal Passions: Enjoy family time, watching sports, playing volleyball and running.

Julie Grabandt, MSPT, ACT

  • Physical Therapist / Athletic Trainer Certified

  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy  from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in LaCrosse, WI.

  • Certifications/Training: CPR, ACLS, Incontinence, Sports Medicine, Graston Technique.

  • Special Interests: Focus primarily on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.

  • Experience: Outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, incontinence, home health, athletic training at the high school and college level, cardiac rehab.

  • Personal Passions: Enjoy reading, running, spending time with my family, and enjoying the outdoors.

Samantha Jordan, DPT

  • Physical Therapist / Orthopedic Clinical Specialist / Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

  • Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA.

  • Certifications/Training: CPR, OCS, CSCS, Graston Technique, Evaluation and prescription of custom shoe orthotics, WorkWell Functional Capacity Evaluations.

  • Special Interests: Orthopedics, return to work/sport.

  • Experience: Inpatient and outpatient, sports medicine and return to work evaluations.

Julie Tashner, MPT

  • Experience: Acute and Subacute rehabilitation in orthopedics, neurology, wound care, vestibular rehabilitation, home health, and geriatrics.

Joshua Bruner, DPT, CSCS

  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in La Crosse, WI.

  • Certifications/Training: CPR, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Graston Technique.

  • Special Interests: Orthopedic injuries, return to work/sports, running/throwing mechanics, and joint replacement rehab.

  • Experience: Various orthopedic/inpatient facilities with a focus on joint replacements, running mechanics, sport injuries, post-surgical rehab, worker’s compensation and work hardening programs.

Amy Hoerner, PTA

  • Education: Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is about strengthening your fine motor skills so you can function well in your job and personal life. This type of therapy helps you perform simple but vital tasks such as cutting, using utensils, tying shoe laces, or writing. The goal of our occupational therapy team is to help people arrive at a place where they can do the things they need to in order to live, work and play at their highest potential. Good occupational therapy is about helping you function well over the span of your entire life. Our occupational therapy patients receive regular evaluations and treatment options are tailored to fit each individual.

Ann Morley, OTR

  • Occupational Therapist / Certified Lymphedema Therapist

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN.

  • Certifications/Training: Splinting, kinesio taping, manual edema mobilization, CPR, Certified Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Instructor, hand & upper extremity cumulative trauma and nerve disorders, Lymphedema Therapy Certification, Graston Technique.

  • Special Interests: Hands & upper extremity disorders, arthritic conditions, ergonomics.

Kathryn Johnson, MS-CFY/SLPR

Speech Therapist

Education: Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point; Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Certifications/Special Training: CPR

Special Interests: Eight years working in both a hospital and skilled nursing facility, as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Experience: Clinical training at the Center for Communicative Disorders at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Personal Passions: Spending time with family and friends, fishing, boating, and four-wheeling.
